Kathryn Begins Fun Net!

Yesterday, 13 May, marked the commencement of Fun Net, modified netball for 5 and 6 year old girls. Kathryn plays for the CVPS Pearls.

Kathryn had lots of fun. There were about 36 little girls who formed 4 teams of 9 and then played all sorts of netball related games. They practiced shooting goals, passing the ball and running and over the next few weeks will learn the rules of netball and developing their skills.

In the meantime Erin’s second game was against the Excel Allstars. This week she played: Goal Keeper, Goal Defence, Wing Defence and Centre. Following the game, Erin was presented with a certificate and gift voucher for Player of the Match.
